Please read these terms carefully before using the cric5 platform — they form the basis of the agreement between you and us.
By creating an account on the cric5 platform or using any of its services, you are giving your full consent to all the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
1 Definitions & Introduction
In this document, "cric5", "platform", "we" or "our" refers to the cric5 online betting and casino platform, whose website address is cric5.bar. "Member", "user" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.
"Services" refers to all of cric5's online gaming, betting, casino games, bonus benefits, and other related features. "Account" means a single personal profile registered on the platform in a member's name.
1.1 Applicability of Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all products and services on the cric5 platform. The Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are also considered part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict, these terms and conditions shall take precedence.
1.2 Changes to Terms
cric5 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified through the platform in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the member's acceptance of the updated terms.
2 Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Restriction
To open an account and use the services on cric5, you must be at least 21 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. cric5 reserves the right to verify your age at any time and may request supporting documents upon request.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and the relevant balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation. Members must notify cric5 immediately if any of their details change.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
cric5 may conduct an identity verification process at any time. This process may require a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
3 Account Security
The security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. Keep your password confidential and never share it with any third party. cric5 will never ask for your password via email or phone.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify cric5 support immediately.
- Managing an account through a third party or placing bets on someone else's behalf is not permitted.
- If your login credentials are lost or stolen, contact support immediately.
- cric5 is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access if the member did not notify us in a timely manner.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
cric5 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if the identity verification process has not been completed.
Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the deposit. cric5 reserves the right to decline requests to change the withdrawal method in order to prevent fraud.
4.3 Transaction Currency
All transactions on cric5 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at cric5 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or, depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse or manipulation of any bonus scheme is strictly prohibited. cric5 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts in cases of suspicious activity. If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
5.4 Other Promotional Offers
From time to time, cric5 may provide special offers, cashback, and reload bonuses for VIP members. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be published alongside the offer. If the terms of a specific promotion conflict with the general terms and conditions, the terms of the specific promotion shall take precedence.
6 VIP Program
cric5's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the member's activity and engagement. cric5 reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms; members will be notified in advance of any changes.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cric5 platform:
- Attempting to hack, crack, or make unauthorized modifications to any platform software or game.
- Operating games through bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transaction.
- Harassing, defrauding, or misleading other members.
- Infringing cric5's intellectual property or making unauthorized copies.
- Registering on behalf of multiple members of the same household in order to claim bonus benefits.
- Conducting any activity intended to harm the platform's actual economic or commercial viability.
In the event of any of the above violations, cric5 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take applicable legal action.
8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play
8.1 Game Operations
All games offered on cric5 are operated by trusted software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming) and run over encrypted connections. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure fair play.
8.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error causes irregularities in game results, cric5 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. cric5's liability for any loss caused by server issues will be limited.
8.3 Dispute Resolution
If a member has a dispute regarding a game result or transaction, they must notify support within 72 hours of the incident. cric5's decision will be considered final.
9 Account Closure & Suspension
9.1 cric5's Rights
cric5 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Providing a false identity or information.
- Violation of age restrictions.
- The need to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
9.2 Member's Rights
You may request the closure of your account at any time. All applicable wagering requirements on the remaining balance must be fulfilled before closure. If an account is closed without meeting the requirements, any bonus-earned portion will not be refunded.
10 Responsible Gaming
cric5 is committed to responsible gaming. We encourage members to enjoy games in a healthy and controlled manner.
- You may request deposit limits, bet limits, or self-exclusion features to be activated on your account.
- If you notice signs of gaming addiction, contact support immediately.
- cric5 provides the option for a temporary or permanent break from a member's account if needed.

12 Intellectual Property
cric5's logos, designs, software, content, and brand elements are the intellectual property of cric5. Copying, distributing, or using them for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.
The content, names, and logos of third-party game providers are their own intellectual property, and cric5 operates as their authorized distributor.
13 Limitation of Liability
cric5 is not liable for:
- Loss caused by internet connectivity issues or device failure.
- Problems arising from third-party software or services.
- Unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.
- Any loss caused by the member's own negligence.
cric5's total liability will in no case exceed the amount deposited in the member's account.
14 Communication & Notices
cric5 will communicate with members primarily through the platform or at the registered email address. In the case of important policy changes, a published notice will be considered as the member having been informed.

15 Miscellaneous Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between cric5 and the member. No oral or unwritten promises outside of this agreement are valid.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions will remain fully in effect, excluding that provision.
15.3 No Waiver
If cric5 does not enforce a term in a specific instance, this will not be considered a waiver of that term.
15.4 Language of Communication
The Bangla version of these terms and conditions is authoritative. Any translation into another language is provided for convenience only; in the event of any dispute, the Bangla version shall take precedence.
